You can request deletion of your VeriBark account directly within the app at any time.

When you request deletion:

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion
Your dog profiles, uploaded videos, audio, photos, and analysis results associated with your account will also be deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Some information may be retained where required by law, such as transaction records
De-identified, anonymized, and aggregated data or model improvements derived from submitted content may be retained

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, subject to technical and legal requirements.
